Corporate Social Responsibility
The SOL Group companies are inserting increasingly Sustainable development in their strategies and daily practices. They encourage their employees to take the lead in customer service, innovation, business development, workplace safety, and environmental protection. The aim of Corporate Social Responsability (CSR) activities generate a value chain integral to the broader Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management systems designed to manage enterprise risk, minimise environmental impact, and positively impact individuals and communities with which the company engages.
Our Corporate Social Responsability refers to the Companyβs responsibility towards a variety of typical roles in our corporate environment. We represent the interests of our customer, employees, suppliers and the community in which we operate. We manage our impacts in each of those areas. We assess our social responsibilities and impacts continually. We provide our stakeholders with the information they require of us. We are reviewed by third party authorities to be held accountable to our commitment to sustainability. We communicate transparently with employees and communities if the HSE commitment is compromised. By working together, we can reduce risk, improve our performance and achieve sustainable operational success.
The SOL Group practices services that truly satisfy its clients, with the goal of protecting and improving health without disadvantaging the environment or degrading social values and operations.
